In my case, this directory is “C:Program FilesAmazonAWSCLIV2”. I have an EC2-instance inside Elastic Beanstalk environment, which was terminated for reasons unknown. AWS continues to bill for Elastic IP addresses associated with a stopped instance. It worked for 3 instances but 1 is now having this error:Search for jobs related to Aws recover terminated instance or hire on the world's largest freelancing marketplace with 22m+ jobs.
